Hey tswilson, this article was great, I must have great circulation, I consume almost everything on you list. I just started using cayenne pepper in my soups, not much, just a pinch, I love the heat. Now that I think of it, my feet and hands are never cold, lol. Voted up and interesting.

It is interesting to hear your individual experiences with circulation. I don't have great circulation but I am incorporating these foods into my diet more, and I think it has helped.
